To provide youth in grades 6 through 12 an
opportunity for Christian Fellowship, while experiencing a wide variety of
activities. Youth Fellowship has participated in special events such as snow
skiing, roller skating, bowling, water skiing/tubing, and airplane rides.
Meeting times: 1st & 3rd Sundays of the month from 7:00-8:30 pm.
CHRISTIAN RUGRATS
This group provides youth in
grades 1 through 5 with activities and fellowship in a Christian
atmosphere. Meetings are held the1st
Sunday of the month from 7:00-8:30 pm. The Rugrats have
various monthly activities planned.
Many of the activities will emphasize mission actions throughout our
community. Some of the monthly activities
have included:
A car wash to raise funds for a local Wolf
Wildlife Sancturay
Collecting used sneakers for recycling into
new footware.
Participation in the Lebanon Community Holiday
Parade - spreading the Good News of the Church.
And, these activities are just
the beginning!
Women’s Guild meets for fellowship, service, and
information. A short business meeting is followed by a lesson and discussion.
Refreshments are always provided. Women's Guild supports the following projects:
LCCM, Church World Service (Blanket Project and Clean-up Kits for flood
victims), Church Women United, Christmas Stockings, Mother/Daughter Banquet,
and OCWM. Meeting times are 2nd Monday of month at 2:00 pm at the church.
We strive to utilize God's gift of music as effectively as
possible within the worship service and throughout the Church. Our Senior
Choir sings each Sunday morning during the months of September through May.
This choir performs a Christmas program and an Easter Cantata. Everyone is
invited to join our Choir. Rehearsals are held every Wednesday night at 7:30
pm. The Orchestra consists of instrumentalists who contribute to the Sunday
School hour through musical preludes, postludes, and hymn accompaniment. The
Orchestra meets in the Chapel at 8:55 am
on Sunday mornings.
